Cheryl was ALWAYS available to answer questions, concerns, and explained things every step of the way. We dealt with two different realtors during our home purchase process, and Cheryl was by far the best! I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.

Boy do I have a testimonial! I have worked with Cheryl for 3 years and within that time she has truly become not only my exceptional Realtor but my friend is well. When I thought things would never work she encouraged me to move ahead and continued to do her research to find the best fit for me. Sometimes life gives you lemons...Cheryl helped make the lemonade with me. She knows the market and opens your eyes to view the property with a fine tooth comb. She points out good and bad. She is there to make her client happy with the purchase and not for the paycheck. Shes sweet with great morles! Hard to find today. I would work with her over and over again to help me get to where I want to be..not sure what that is exactly...but I know she'll get me there! Thanks Cheryl and God Bless!! Lucky I found you!

Cheryl was professional, helpful and always able to accomodate our requests. She planned all viewings perfectly. She made the whole process of buying our home run very smoothly and quickly. We would highly recommend Cheryl to potential home buyers. She played a special part in buying our new home and was very patient with us on what we quite a long journey from when we initially started our search.

Cheryl was a pleasure to work with. She has gone way above what a agent needed to do. The experience was amazing. I have purchased homes and sold them in my life time. My husband and I are older and this experience was the BEST experience of our life time. The selling processes was easy and she made the BEST cookies as well. That is from my daughter...LOL I would recommend her for buying or selling a home! If we could apply 30+ star to this review, we would.
